Location is very good, just a few hundred yards from Kensington gardens. My issue was with the staff working there. Only 3 interactions and 2 were really poor. I made the mistake of phoning reception as the Wi-fi password written on my room card was missing a digit, you’d have thought it was my fault the way I was dealt with on the phone. The next time was when we tried using our room card that night, again it was a complete inconvenience and one word grunts when I asked for the card to be reprogrammed. I’m summary, great location but don’t expect great service.......

Ok for those that like cramped spaces the toilet was too tight for tge bathroom i couldn't use it Noize is awful bed awful the hotel is run down staff were ok but could smile more

Expensive for hostel type hotel

I would not recommend to my worst ennemy. This rather expensive hotel is not worth the time you will spend reading this review. The room could just about contain the double bed (no space around the bed at all, it was squeezed betwen the wall), the room had no window (ie a tiny window overlooking a 5 storey building, such wall being 45 centimers from the window: no light, window would not open). The cleaning seems to be a thing of the past in this hotel. It felt so bad I had to leave and pay to stay in another hotel (my room was non refundable). I heard other customers complaining about the hotel whilst waiting for my taxi in reception. Someone asked for his bed linen to be replaced...
