Too hot

The hotel itself is adequate, yet a little tired and outdated. My biggest piece of advice is do not book this hotel in the height of summer. There is no air-con and if on the upper floors it's almost impossible to sleep, or do anything in the oppressive heat. A small desk fan (oscillation had broken on ours) is provided that merely wafts hot air at you. This hotel is simply an adequate place to sleep if the weather is not hot.

Close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park, great location. Hotel itself is a bit worn out, not so tidy, but good enough for The cost. We stayed at three persons room and it was surprisingly spacious.

In meinem Zimmer war der Griff des Fensters kabutt, man konnte das Fenster nicht richtig schliessen. Ich habe das gerade am ersten Tag gemeldet, es wurde mir versprochen dass es repariert wird, aber wurde es nicht. Es gab Schimmel in der Dusche, überall Staub und die Bettlacken wurden in den 6 Tagen, die ich dort war nie gewechselt, es wurde auch nie gesaugt. Ich hatte nach dem Duschen die Handtücher am Boden der Dusche geworfen, damit man erkennt, dass diese dreckig sind. Statt sie auszuwechseln wurden sie wieder aufgehängt, ich fand das elelhaft, wer weiss wie viele Bakterien es dort auf dem Boden der Dusche hatte? Die Zimmer sind winzig, man kann sich kaum richtig bewegen. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag das selbe und es gab nur sehr wenig auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, doch wirken sie ignorant. Am letzten Tag als ich auschecken musste, hatte ich noch zeit bis 11 Uhr, die Putzfrau kam um 10:30ca. In mein Zimmer ohne zu klopfen. Ich fand dies eine Frechheit, ich hätte nackt sein können oder sonst was.

Hotel war 30 Pfund teurer als von ebookers.ch angegeben. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, wirklich sehr klein, es gab nicht einmal Platz genug um den Koffer abzustellen. Der musste im Durchgang platziert werden und wurde so zu einer Stolperfalle. - ein Fenster kaputt - Lampe im Bad defekt - USB-Steckdosen defekt - Badzimmer Türe hielt nicht (Falle defekt)

Personnel agréable et serviable. Wifi ne capte pas très bien au 3ème étage. Petit hôtel calme. Idéal pour balade à Hyde Park.
