Useful for London visits

We have stayed here twice now as it is easy to get to, has free parking and is next to the Central line. Food options are limited - but you are in London so have masses of choice! Breakfast is not included - but we didn't bother anyway. Again just hop on the tube and you can have what you want. The only slight issue was with the bathroom. It was basically clean but the bath could have done with a really good clean (grouting etc) and the shower head needed fully descaling or replacing. But as a place to sleep (which is all we wanted) it was ideal.

Like a budget hotel

Hotel is dated AC is very suboptimum and cannot cope in summer. Some rooms are very noisy as they are next to the train track

Comfortable hotel.

Location: The location was selected because it is sited next to a London Underground station.
The staff were very helpful, the room was very comfortable and bathroom was adequate.

hotel very poor with poor and not helpful staff

we was given a disabled room even low that we didn't ask for this kind of room on the first floor next to the boiler room,that went off all night keeping us a wake,the room had faulty fittings in the bathroom inwhich was not fit to stay in,we asked to move on our first day on the 26th June explaining everything to reception inwhich they just said that they would sort everything out inwhich they didn't or didn't care and only after arguing with them on the next day 27th morning that they decided to move us to another room but spoke to us very rude and blamed ebookers for everything inwhich we contacted you on the 27th morning. we was staying there for a short break till the 28th but had to spend our time out of the hotel as the service we received was exstreamly poor and really didn't feel that we had a good stay. ebookers are currently looking into all this and will get back to us,i very much feel that we should have a fully refund after the way we got treated and had to spend our time else where and at a cost in money to myself and wife.

Avoid in Summer

The room was incredibly hot and the AC did not work. Someone came to check the AC and we then checked 5 other empty rooms and all had the same problem. The technician said the AC has not been turned on from the main unit and is only on Fan mode. This is absolutely ridiculous that management turn a blind eye and still advertising as AC rooms. Avoid this hotel in Summer months it's ok during winter time.

Pros: Clean, location, room size.
Cons: Décor and AC technology need updating and staff could be a little bit less moody or preoccupied.

The hotel is close to good commute links (central line on London Underground). However the hotel itself, although snazzy on the outside, the decor is really dated indoors. The AC's in all of the rooms I stayed in over the three weeks were either broken or really noisy. The floor was creaky, and the paint was peeling in the bathroom. One of the batch had no grip on it and I slipped as I was getting in, luckily got away with a bruise only. The staff were quite miserable compared to the service I have received elsewhere, but they did their job nevertheless. Continental breakfast was OK. Overall the hotel is fairly good for it's price in London, and it was clean, but it would be nice to have it receive a little bit of TLC.

Family overnight stay & show

We booked the hotel on the outskirts of london within tube distance. Booked a show and had a morning in London doing a photomshoot for my daughters AS level course. Hotel placed perfect for this. Booked late and got a good deal. Compared to cost in central London well worth the time commuiting in. Lovely weekend. Breakfast was plentiful and they even cattered for my wifes special dietary needs. Make sur etaht you inform them at the time of booking and confirm via email and telephone. Then check when checking in. Overal - very good.

Pleasant stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much - fed up with poor quality hotels in central London at exorbitant prices. Staying here was a refreshing surprise with still easy access to central London.

Conveniently placed next to a tube & train.

Location: Next to the tube & train station so location for visiting the sights of London is very convenient.
Staff lovely, comfortable bed, room more than adequate, breakfast fine, facilities are what you pay for so certainly reasonable. If you are using this hotel for convenience then it is good. I've certainly said to my husband that I would happily return & come here again when we want to visit London.
