Expensive for what it offers and starting to look very tired around the edges! Customer service in the bar areas very poor and even quite surly at times. Don’t expect anyone to ask how your meal was or whether you had a good stay. They simply don’t care. A typical airport hotel for which you will pay a premium!

Great runway views for this well maintained airport hotel. The staff everywhere were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant had lots of choice and was reasonably priced. Ideal for a pre/post flight.

Amazing staff in all departments always want to provide the best possible service and a cheerful attitude not in evidence at other Heathrow hotels.Rooms are good and if you get runway views this is added bonus even if you had to pay a little extra.Plenty of food options but the best value is the buffet at £21.50 with plenty of options for everyone.My only quibble is the service charge which I always have taken off at source.I like to reward the staff who look after me!!!All in all this is a very good hotel and I would be surprised if any other guests could be critical.

Stayed here many times and always get good service.Bar/restaurant prices are typically on the high side and they include a service charge which you can avoid as long as you tell them when you order.All in all a good place to stay.

Very convenient for the airport, next to the runway and you can be there next to the aircraft taking off or in a quiet room further back. The rooms have adequate space although the bathroom is small. My biggest bugbear with this hotel is that the outer windows never seemed to be cleaned so it always looks as though you are looking out in a foggy day. This has been the same despite renovations and using this hotel over many years.
