Staff were very welcoming and friendly at this hotel. The room was on the small side but was clean. The beds were comfortable for all our family of four. The bathroom was ok but the shower was not designed for someone over six feet. There was a soap dispenser near the sink which was dirty and unsightly looking. The location of this hotel is within walking distance to lovely bars and restaurants in Paddington. Oliver's Steakhouse and Ask Italian to name a few and bars, the Cork & Bottle and Pride of Paddington. And Paddington tube station is a ten minute walk away.

The hotel is nicely situated at Paddington. The staff was excellent. The room itself was clean and correct for the Price we’ve paid. Unfortunately the view was terrible. The air con compressor was placed directly in front of the window. The exhaust of the hot air went directly on the window. So it was even hot at night. There was this constant heavy noise of the air con directly on our window, even if we turned the air con of the noise was still there. It is the compressor for a part of the hotel. I have no idea why the compressor is placed directly in front of the window of this room and why we got punished to get this room. So it was not really holiday like. No good sleeps, even if the bed was OK and the room clean. Unfortunately we've not seen any other rooms so we cannot tell about the hotel in full.

Très calme et sympathique. Seul bémol, dans les 2 chambres que nous avions (203 et 404) les lits côté fenêtre n'étaient pas au top, car les ressorts des matelas nous rentraient dans le dos. Et malgré une réclamation pour avoir un protège matelas qui aurai atténué le ressent, rien n'a été exécuté.

Très bon emplacement Prix correct pour Londres Propre mais sans plus (verres sales, draps tachés, rideaux déchirés par le soleil...) Taille de la chambre pas du tout adaptée pour 3 personnes, impossible d’ouvrir 2 valises en même temps et aucune place pour ranger une grande valise qui a dû rester 3 jours entre les 2 lits. Juste un drap de bain chacun, pas de serviette pour les mains, et le dernier jour mon fils a eu un tapis de bain au lieu d’ Drap de bain... Mauvaise isolation phonique avec des systèmes de portes très bruyants

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und total nahe zu Paddington Station. Für London ist dieses Hotel sauber, einfach, tiptop. Da es sehr kalt und windig war, haben wir dies auch im Zimmer gespürt, da die Fenster leider nicht dicht waren.
