Was told i had a large room with bathtub abs shower but got the smallest room so tight could not move inside

It’s an old hotel not flash but clean and warm. Bar does coffee and hot chocolate. Kettle and hairdryer soap and towels, the room is small as is bathroom. Overall good value for money bed was comfy, quiet, 5 or so minutes to Lancaster Gate a few stops to Soho and 5 minutes to Kensington Gardens I’d stay again.

The room was quite small, we could not even open our suitcase on the floor without tripping over it or the rest of the furniture. Cups were left unwashed on one occasion and the shower was not cleaned properly. The front door was broken and we had to open it manually, which was quite difficult to do. These things can happen of course, what was disappointing is that during the whole week that we stayed at the hotel there was no attempt whatsoever to fix it. There was simply a sign on the door reading "out of order, please open manually". Most probably it is still broken. To cap it all, we were charged a pound a suitcase to leave them in the hotel after check-out. This has been the first time ever either in London or anywhere else that i have had to pay for storing luggage for a few hours.

Sehr laut an der Hauptstrasse. Fenster sehr alt und teilweise kaput. Frühstück für englische Verhältnisse gut.

A notre arrivée notre réservation n'avais pas été prise en compte, du coup nous avons été plaçé dans un notre hôtel dans la rue en face (Le Price Williame). Encore pire une chambre à la sortie de l'acenseur voir colléé, un lit, une table et chaise impossible de poser deux valises. Nous sommes venu nous plaindre et la du coup on nous a trouvé une chambre pour 17h00, celle pas plus glorieuse. Service du petit-déjeuner inamissible pour un 3 étoiles, serveuse désagréable au possible, nourriture de mauvaise qualité et peu ou pas réfrigérée.
