I have stayed at the Seraphine several times and have always enjoyed my visits. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The staff are efficient , friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on Kensington High Street with the tube station a few moments away and numerous buses pass the door so ideal for getting around. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate. I can’t comment on the breakfast as I always go out but it always seems busy.

And also there was some generator type noise all night which from time to time got louder and somebody was banging at 3am! One of the towels I had been given had been worn out and ripped at the sides and the customer service was terrible, no good evening or afternoon when entering or leaving the hotel and not one member of staff wore a smile at anytime! Besides the lack of cleanliness, the hotel itself is not bad, the décor is quite nice and the room was a good standard size. Breakfast was to be expected and acceptable. There is plenty to do in the area and its awesome that it has a park opposite but overall I will not return as customer service lacked too much and the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom which I believe should be 2 of the main focuses in a hotel besides the bed.

Lovely staff, very very helpful and kind. The room was adequate for a short break, but small if you had a lot of luggage. Great shower and lovely cleaning staff. Room was very quiet and staff very helpful carrying our luggage and getting taxis. Great position on High Street Kensington. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Poorly maintained hotel in central london

Pros: Location
Cons: Facilities maintenance and cleanness
The name sounds good and the location only a few hundred meter away from Kensington High Street tube station is convenient for meeting & more in central London....however the hotel facilities are run down with broken carpets, poorly cleaned rooms. Breakfast is continental basic...

Tilat vastasivat vaatimattomia tapeitasi. Olisi kuitenkin mukava, jos hotellihuoneiden kokolattiamatot tarvittaisiin pois. Pelkään jalkasientä.

Das Hotel ist für einen Citytrip gut gelegen. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht gerade sehr vielfältig aber ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind eher klein aber dafür sauber.
