Lovely efficient staff very friendly very helpful, stunning views of London, gave us a free upgrade due to our anniversary and presented us with a cake to our room for free all nice touches

Exceeded Expectations - superb stay

Pros: Scrummy breakfast - buffet & a la carte. The small stool for placing your hand-bag on at dinner was nice touch. Noticed it's even kid-friendly there!
Cons: More detail to help identify particular buildings in the London view - the guide in the suite had top 25, but more of the less obvious would be great.
Although only a short stay, the attentiveness of the staff and superb signature suite (London Suite) made this feel like a much longer break. The food is exceptional - we've had the good fortune to enjoy lots of fine hotels world-wide and I was astonished to find dishes that could surprise me they were so delicious and somewhat unique. Whilst I always enjoy a good meal - I didn't think I could still be surprised! Also excellent quality of ingredients and fine presentation. Nothing is too much trouble service-wise - but do be tolerant, as just occasionally there can be a small language barrier with some members of staff which made me question a couple of attitudes initially, until I realised that it was purely misunderstanding. All in all the staff are wonderful, the ratio of staff to guests is the best I have come across, even compared to 6* in Dubai or 5* Maldives settings, and they are well trained and proactive. Cleanliness and maintenance exceptionally, as is the luxury of the fittings and fixtures we used. The suite was divine. We were able to check-in slightly early, but enjoyed the lounges, service and food beforehand and were called on our mobile once the room was ready. So no interruption to enjoying our stay and no hanging around in a reception. Valet parking was also slick - completely seamless deposit and return. They made a fuss of us for our Anniversary and we were treated like VIPs wherever we went.

Phenomenal stay. Truly unique!

Nothing quite like it anywhere in the world. No hotel offers such spectacular views of the greatest city in the world. Room, staff and facilities unparalleled and champagne on checkout is a touch of class! Infinity pool to die for!

Everything about the hotel is high class from entering the door. Staff are friendly without being over the top.

lovely hotel first class service

my only issues with the hotel room was the binoculars they supply you could not see through them,they brought another pair and stillno good. the spy hole in door was unuseable. door stop behind door almost out of floor. should these not of been checked before letting the room considering what you pay. the sky pool had a green algae scum line around it. I was told residences get priority to gong bar but when we went we got seated in by the pool and a very very loud disco. we asked to be moved several times and after what seemed ages we got a seat in main bar . there was a large party of people celebrating next to us clearly not staying at the hotel. should they not reserve a few tables for people staying at the hotel. but overall a lovely hotel,fantastic views and first class service. I would love to stay again in the future.
