Very clean, friendly staff, great location ;) The only issue (which isn’t the hotels fault) was that the church bells next door rang every hour on the quarter past ;/ so at 5.15am they rang 5 times, at 2.15am they rang 2 times etc! Woke the kids up every time.

Fab, quiet location.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was a perfect location for us to both get to the place we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Peaceful location.

Ok, but could be much better

The rooms are airy & spacious, however they are let down by being tired (dirty marks on carpets, scrapes on the wall) & the soundproofing is poor (you can hear the main door banging & conversations in the halls / rooms), the overall cleanliness was average only. The location is good, with plenty of parking, and easy access to the Northern line & Archway is good for eating / coffee etc. The staff are friendly & overall it's alright, but more for location & convenience than the hotel itself.

Fine for overnight work trip

Good location with excellent transport links. Simple and adequate amenities. Nice clean bathroom with good shower. Comfy and clean bed. Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Have stayed at these appts before and would be happy to use again. Very surprised and happy to have an upgrade to a two bed appt even though I was travelling alone. Only glitch is that as on prev visit, this room also has roman blinds that are broken. So huge lack of daylight. Air con also refused to stay switched off which meant a noisy nights sleep.

Budget hotel

Pros: Friendly staff. Very polite. Clean Spacious room. Comfy bed. Handy kitchenette. Nice clean bathroom. Good location for my business meeting and access to transport. No traffic noise. Bins were emptied each day. Cons: Roman blind was broken so unable to see daylight for the duration of my stay. Like living in a box. Apparently could not be fixed because they have three other properties and their maintenance crew were busy. Key card to my room would not work. Apparently this could not be fixed for the duration of my stay either (Thurs to Sun) as the repair company could not send someone out. When I asked why I could not just have a replacement card, they explained that it was a known fault and it was the sensor on the lock that was the problem. This meant that each time I left my room, I had to ask reception to escort me back to let me back in. Not great. In fact, the overall feeling was - yup, things don't work but hey ho. Although the staff were so pleasant - as a customer I did not feel valued in any way. In an ideal world: Bed would have been made by housekeeping. Coffee/Tea etc would have been replenished at least once during my stay. A more constructive response to the faults above would have been great Overall: I liked this hotel. Definitely not 4 star but a fair budget hotel with all the facilities you need. I would use again if I could be sure that the customer experience mattered.

A Hidden Gem

The apartment was tidy, the carpets had some embedded stains but were generally OK, there was a paracetamol pill which I found in the room (I presume it was left there by the previous guests). Late at night we could hear a baby crying but this was not So Arch's fault. All staff members were nice and accommodating, except for the red haired lady who seemed miserable and cold. The hotel does not supply breakfast but there are pleanty of small shops nearby. The shower was good. All in all it was a good experience and I wouldn't mind going again sometime.

Great location, good family hotel

Great location for travelling to/from Euston, close to tube station. Good sized rooms, comfortable and excellent bathroom. Only problem we had was no TV in upper bedroom, which was unfortunate when we put the children to bed no TV in upper bedroom. Staff were friendly but some struggled to understand English

Very good stay.

From the moment we checked in to checking out, we found this hotel to be very good. It is situated in a very good position, very close to Archway tube station and very close to the main road with all the shops nearby that you would need for your stay. The quality of the room was exceptionally good, plenty of space for the price and very clean. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again.

Crisp city holiday à deux

The hotel is located in very practical surrounding, there are the Archway tube station, grocery stores, banks, restaurants and pubs. The ride to the city centre takes about 15 mins- which is no problem at all, because if you travel to London you're going to use the underground all the time anyway- so get yourselves an Oyster Card. The hotel does not provide breakfast (but a small kitchen with microwave, toaster,electric kettle,sink, plates and cutlery), so you'll have to get something to eat in a nearby store. Our room was very clean and taken care off every day. @hotel manager: please add a proper table, to the room equipment- I mean there sure is enough space. And towels, a brush and more washing-up liquid would come in handy as well.
