Very good value for money hotel

Good location in Chelsea area, no traffic and very quite during the night. Nice healthy restaurant and bar with fresh juice and good products.

Great location, poor staff

On arrival was asked at reception for £50 deposit in case we used anything? Regularly staying at hotels I am used to being asked to leave a digital imprint of a card but not actually have money taken out of my account. The receptionist stated that usually they would take £50 daily and seemed to act like we were being done a favour by only having a £50 charge. This is on a room that was prepaid. Receptionist was quite frosty and certainly not welcoming. We booked a superior room and it was fine, on our 2 night stay never saw a maid or had them clean room change towels so cannot comment on their service but for a supposed 4 * hotel I would expect better. Had room service turn up with food we didn't order and twice had phone calls regarding food which once agin we didn't order.all in all felt it was very shabby service. The only thing that would perhaps make me return was the great location. Minutes from south Ken tube & museums. Harrods a 10 min walk as was the Kings road.

Fine for our requirements

Comfortable beds, clean, ideal location for the vent we were attending. Booked basic rooms which were fine for a one night stay. However, they did not have wardrobes (4 hooks in the wall), drawers or shelves, so if staying long enough to need to unpack it would be better to book a more expensive room. Did not use WiFi , but the review options require an answer whether you use it or not!

Erinomainen hotelli, hyvä ja rauhallinen sijainti

Pros: Siisteydestä, hyvästä aamiaisesta ja yksilöllisestä palvelusta. Todella palvelualtiista ja ammattitaitoisesta henkilökunnasta.
Rauhallinen, siisti hotelli Lontoon sydämessä. Hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella, kauniilla paikalla kävelyetäisyydellä monista kauniista puistoista ja nähtävyyksistä. Ostoskadut olivat myös kävelyetäisyydellä. Hotelli on pieni ja yksilölliseen palveluun erikoistunut. Hotellihuoneet olivat melko pieniä. Kylpyhuone riittävän kokoinen ja sängyt mukavat. Hotelli on panostanut terveelliseen aamiaiseen ja raakaravintoon. Henkilökuntaa oli riittävästi ja se oli ystävällistä sekä palvelualtista.

Hyvällä alueella siisti hotelli

Myhotel Chelsea oli kauniilla South Kensington/Chelsea alueella - vain 7 minuutin kävelymatka South Kensingtonin metroasemalle ja muutama minuutti enemmän Natural History Museumille ja Victoria and Albert Museumiin! Hotelli oli kaunis ja keskikokoinen, henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja sen hinta-laatusuhde oli hyvä. Miinusta huoneen lämpötilavaihteluista ja siitä että huone oli aina joko liian kylmä tai kuuma. Olisi myöskin ollut hyvä jos oltaisiin kerrottu että henkilökunta ottaa, meidän tapauksessa, 50 punnan takuumaksun koko visiitin ajaksi, joka oli pakollinen.
