Great location. 4 mins to Primark 😂. Good pubs around. Walked to Leicester Square, Euston. Very central. Nice hotel. Exec room was good. It’s not a 4star but you do get a good hotel and for the rate I paid it was great value. Brek was good too and the bar was lively and fun too. Was there for marathon weekend - waited for lifts but that’s a tiny part as was so busy.

Property is tired and due a refresh, maybe 10 years overdue… Carpets look like they have been down since the 90’s. Rooms are small and HOT HOT HOT, the windows have a tiny opening onto a very noisy street so ask for a fan. Bathroom is small but manageable. Toilet roll is good for fine sanding between coats of paint. Staff on our visit were friendly but when the fire alarm went off and we evacuated the building were nowhere to be seen. One staff member showed up eventually and tried to herd the crowd with little success. People were still in the hotel looking out the window at the fire engines and commotion, staff were oblivious to this. Once the fire was out we entered the building again the alarm went off in our section so we had to evacuate again, this time there was a staff member at the door who didn’t know what was happening or what to do, maybe she just found a high viz jacket to keep warm. This time it was just a false alarm and we got in quickly. The alarm went off again at 01:30 and 03:00 just to make sure our sleep was disrupted more. So property is ok for the money but staff need training and they need more of them. Breakfast was mediocre with no fresh fruit but it is eat as much bacon and sausages as you can if that’s your thing.

Location was brilliant and excellent value for money. Plenty of facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. I’ve paid more in the past for much worse hotels in London so would definitely stay here again next time I visit London

The property is in a very convenient location (near Oxford street & Tottenham Court tube station). Standards of cleaning are good, but the rooms are looking a little dated & worn. The inclusive breakfast rate was good value, with a decent selection of fresh items on the buffet. The onsite bar is better than the usual hotel offerings.
