Lovely, great location, value and excellent staff!

Pros: Staff and the atmosphere
Cons: Perhaps a more thorough check in offering papers, informing us of the spa facilities and breakfast times and arrangements would have been helpful.
Location: Tube station next door, Euston station £5 in a taxi.
Loved this hotel, very grand, lovely, bustling lobby and we received such a warm welcome from so many staff! It's true what other reviews say, nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are very comfortable, we were upgraded to a king size room, which was a great size, facilities excellent and spotlessly clean. Booking Office bar has a great atmosphere, usual London prices for drinks, a very enjoyable place for a few drinks. Tube station right outside, doorman will get you a taxi. We didn't bother with breakfast, bed too comfy to get up from, didn't have any food actually, we were there on business, and noticed a lot of business is done at this hotel too. We did use the spa facilities, the pool is tiny but very warm and inviting, steam also lovely. Sauna is available in the changing room. The staff there too are delightful, so incredibly friendly. Would definately recommend and will most likely stay here on our next visit to London. Great value for money.

Victorian Gothic Hotel in the centre of St Pancras

Pros: Style elegance and luxury
Cons: Food
Location: Very near to Covent Garden
We always chose the St Pancras Hotel when staying in London. Sheer luxury elegance and beautiful gothic architecture. The staff were extraordinarily busy with a wedding and service for food was slow and chips cold so perhaps not the place to eat! However we made use of the beautiful spa jacuzzi steam and sauna which as a resident is free to use and sheer luxury after an evening out on the town. Staying at the St Pancras is a little bit of luxury in the hectic London hub bub.

Last of the Christmas festivities

Our second visit to the hotel but this time we were in a Junior Chambers Suite giving us access to the Chambers Club. The service here was second to none! The perfect way to start the New Year!

Fabulous hotel with exceptional staff!

I absolutely love this hotel! The staff are some of the best I have met in London hotels - they go the extra mile and are full of enthusiasm to the extent the front of house at breakfast was so concerned I had lost my voice he offered to make me a hot tody The rooms are a good size fully equipped and the beds are so comfy - even when u have a cold! Location is so central and this is based in my favourite station so every box ticked

great historic tour

I had a lovely time at the St. Pancras. Thanks to my host Adam who had invited me to his birthday party in the great Booking office bar was awesome. Slept like a baby and most of all enjoyed the interesting historic tour given by Christopher throughout the whole building. Will recommend and come back soon. All the best and cheers, Eva

Amazing Building

this is an amazing building and well worth a wander around to see the high victorian gothic staircases and corridors. The newer parts are much like any other hotel and the public areas are quite busy but the staff are attentive and pleasant and overall would happily stay there again

Sehr schönes Hotel, super ÖV-Anbindung

Pros: Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut.
Cons: WLAN in Zukunft gratis zur Verfügung stellen.
Location: Im St. Pancras / Kings Cross Station. In ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss ist man im Regent's Park und in der Marylebone High Street (sehr schön zum Shoppen).
Sehr schönes Hotel an Top Lage. Grosses Zimmer mit allem Komfort. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr zu Empfehlen.
