Dear Aaron, Thank you for taking the time to share some thoughts on your recent stay with us. Whilst, we are pleased to read that you enjoyed the hospitality of our colleagues, we were disappointed to have been informed that our housekeeping team missed to place some items in the room and it has been a miscommunication with our check in procedures, wifi access and breakfast orders. I would like to assure you that this is far from a routine oversight – and when something like this happens, we always do what we can to immediately put things right, as our team tried to do during your stay. However, for sure, we will use these kind of feedback to constantly evolve and improve on the services and facilities that we provide.
