Dear Mr Hamilton, Thank you very much for your feedback, we are really sorry to hear that your stay at The Bryson Hotel was not up to your standard. Please note that this information has been passed on to our concerned team. We very much apologise with you for the inconvenience that it might have caused, however neither you or the guest in room 205 did report anything to the reception team, that could have promptly acted and a bulb could have been changed in a couple of minutes. In regards to the guest in room 205, getting hurt should have been reported directly, as an established company always has an insurance, and we would have acted immediately with first aid procedures as well. For your information, one of the bathroom tiles has a little crack that could not have hurt, however been assured that all our rooms are always checked and if maintenance needs to be applied someone is always in the hotel. We are always happy to help and we are here to do so with all our guests, suggestions are always accepted and issues can always be solved, as long as they are promptly reported and not just written in a review after the check out. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back at The Bryson Hotel in order to show you that your stay can meet your expectations.

Dear Melika, Thank you for being our recent guest and we appreciate such a detailed feedback of your stay. I am sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet your expectations. As I understood, neither of the two breakfast options which we offer, the Continental and the Full English Breakfast, met your expectations. I can reassure you that a Continental Breakfast is more that "just cereal and bread”. It includes croissants, sliced, bread, home baked cake, fresh fruit, 8 types of coffee, 6 types of tea, 4 types of cornflakes, yogurt, fresh milk, biscuits, ham, cheese, salami... and can also be complemented by additional items that consist the Full English Breakfast, such as grilled sausages, your choice of eggs (scrambled, boiled, poached or fried), bacon, baked beans, fresh mushrooms, hashbrown, grilled tomato, steamed broccoli and mixed vegetables... All these Full English Breakfast items, as you correctly mentioned, come at an additional charge of £6. All of them freshly cooked and for many our guests the price upgrade seems fair in comparison to what they get. It would be very helpful though to know what your ideal breakfast is, perhaps you help us improving? In regards to the your other comments, I have addressed them with the relevant departments and have shared the experience with the team. We launched an internal investigation on the claims of your feedback. In such cases though it is advisable the guest to report immediately to reception as we are open and available 24/7, so that we can promptly check and resolve any issue which may occur. I would like to point out that we are proud of The Bryson Hotel and of the level of services we provide, which is reflected in the majority of our reviews, and I do hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back to London so that we may have a chance to restore your faith in our hotel.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the stay in one of our rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms must be emptied and cleaned before 2pm (time when any guest is entitled to check in) hence, we must have some hours to provide this service.
