Good food in the restaurant, though there was extremely loud music on the Saturday evening. But our room was at the far end, so not a problem. It was a nice large room with a large bathroom.

Convenient for the purpose of our visit.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: See comments on experience. People need to pull their socks up and get busy.
Location: Not a holiday location but pleasant surroundings and close to public transport.
The whole hotel needs a deep clean - paintwork, bathroom etc etc. Bed linen fresh. Vacuuming at 9.00am while guests are at breakfast in an open plan bar is inappropriate. Breakfast menu and standard of cooking good; fresh fruit would be appreciated but unfrozen berries just missed the target of being a good idea. Coffee poor. Butter should be offered. Not what was expected in a good residential area of Kent.
