The location is amazing. So close to everything. The staff were fantastic. Friendly and so so helpful. The food was brilliant too. The rooms were dated and tired looking.

Lovely hotel, perfect location

Pros: staff, location, facilities
Cons: larger selection for breakfast possibly.
Location: superb, heart of west end.
Our family had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful, facilities were great (amazing pool) and the room was very large a modern. Apart from a small error where we were nearly charged for breakfast although it was included it was difficult to fault. Look to staying there again soon.

friendly and very helpfull staff

the staff were very polite, friendly and helpfull. the rooms are very clean and comfortable. the location is also an added bonus. i will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Die Lage ist Spitze. Zentraler geht fast nicht. Check-in und Check-out waren OK. Es ist mehr oder weniger eine Abfertigung. Man bekommt die Zimmerkarte mit Zimmernummer in die Hand gedrückt, das wars. Keine Infos zum Hotel und beim Checkout wird nur die Karte entgegengenommen und kein Danke wie war der Aufenthalt, nichts. Aber das ist nur ein Detail.... Das Zimmer war sehr gross, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Aber man verbringt ja grundsätzlich nur die Nacht dort. Die Lage des Hotels ist definitiv in den Vordergrund zu rücken!Absolut Spitze! Daher kann ich das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Ich war begeistern von den vielen überaus netten Kontakten an der Rezeption sowie im Club Lounge Bereich. Das historische Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen, doch die äusserst professionelle Betreuung durch das Personal hat sämtliche Enttäuschungen über bauliche Mängel wett gemacht.
