Great little gem two minutes walk from East Putney tube station and is right on bus routes too. My stay was very positive .Staff are very polite and friendly and only too happy to help. Stayed in a deluxe room great size with seating area and large modern bathroom. Style is contemporary for most parts landing , stairs and corridors dated but clean . Have stayed here twice in different type rooms and would recommend this hotel without hesitation . Has a bar and restaurant attached also offer room service but didn’t use, menu and information can be found on room tv there is parking which is a bonus. Location is perfect and near to shops.. will stay here again.

This hotel is a little gem , great location just a couple minutes away from East Putney underground and bus stops right outside. Stayed in a superior double although small it was clean and modern couldn't fault it. Asked for a quit room and that’s exactly what we got - great 👍. Didn’t have any meals or room service so can’t comment . Would we stay again - absolutely .for those with a car , they have a good size car park .

Can't fault the rooms in this hotel, very spacious and clean. This is the third time we have stayed here in 6 months! Only downside is breakfast rates are quite steep in comparison to the value of the rooms (£30 for 2 people for brekafast, when the room is only £100 pn). Wouldn't put me off going back though.

Lovely hotel!

We stayed in a family room for just one night, our kids had their own proper luxury single beds, not pullout sofa beds, so they were very happy! The room was clean and warm and comfortable and so much nicer than staying in a cheap chain hotel. One and only fault was the freezing bathroom - the radiator does not work in room 9. The check in desk team very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again, hopefully next time we will try out the bar & restaurant...

Hotel nicht allzu weit von Chelsea Stadium.

Das Hotel ist klein aber fein. Man konnte auch a la carte was zum Essen bekommen. Breakfast ist ok. Service ist aber sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr nette und geduldige Kellner und Kellnerinnen. Das Familienzimmer war auch gut. Die Fenster sind nicht so dicht aber die Heizung funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Badzimmer war sehr grosszügig. Das Abwasser funktionierte nicht immer einwandfrei. War noch viel verstopft. Im gross und ganzen sar das Hotel gut auch wenn ein bisschen ausserhalb des Zentrum. Mit Metro kommt man aber ser gut ins Zentrum.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht sehr gross dafür mit sehr viel Charme und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Für einen Städtetrip meiner Meinung nach empfehlenswert. Liegt etwas ausserhalb von Central London und man hat mit der „Tube „ ungefähr 15 Minuten bis in den Stadtkern (Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus) Die Station in der Nähe des Hotels ist East Putney und man hat etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuss zum Hotel. Gerne wieder.
