War mein 3ter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Alle sehr hilfsbereit. Im Frühstücksbereich gibt es leider immer noch Defizite für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Musste leider jeden von 4 Tagen nach Kaffeekapseln fragen. Auch ist die Beleuchtung in Badezimmer zum schminken für die Damen und zum rasieren bzw. frisieren zu dunkel. Die Türe macht allerdings einen guten Job. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Gilt auch für den Empfang. Hervorragende Lage in der Nähe von 3 U-Bahnstationen. Ansonsten gerne wieder.
