leisure break

Pros: The staff were excellent and so focuses on their customers from reception through to the restaurants and housekeeping, obviously very well trained.
Cons: In terms of our experience nothing.
Location: As above the location was perfect for a short romantic break and the surrounding area was fantastic.
We had never stayed in this part of London before but so pleased we did. The hotel, facilities and the area were excellent, walking around it certainly felt you were in a small town not a city. The shops and restaurants were all individual and the whole experience was something we had not had before in London.

Great Hotel, Brilliant Location

Friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable lounges and at the heart of Marylebone village which really is an oasis of calm only a few minutes from Oxford Street and main attractions. Really good restaurants and pubs just round the corner. Quite expensive but well worth it!

Lovely weekend break

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the Marylebone Hotel and loved it's central location. The staff were very attentive and went beyond the call of duty. All of the facilities that we used were excellent and our room was very spacious and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return in the future.

fantastic location

Chose this hotel for its location and the fact that it had a pool. We had to change rooms after the first night as we were right behind the lift shaft and could hear the lift mechanisms all night which kept us awake. The hotel staff changed our room no problem the following day. The hotel is situated on a quiet street and 5 minutes walk to oxford street. The rooms we had were spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and had lovely comfortable pillows. My 7 year old was given a fold away guest bed which arrived with a teddy bear complete in a Marylebone jumper (daughter delighted). We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food but there are plenty cafes/restaurants in the surrounding streets. Would definitely stay here again.

Quality hotel brilliant staff

Nice boutique feel on the inside despite being a large hotel, rooms are beautifully furnished, a little on the small size for the price but I guess that is a London thing. I booked this for my parents for my dad's 70th birthday and they were surprised with cake, wine and a birthday card singed by quite a few staff which I thought was such a lovely gesture. Thanks Marylebone!
