Lovely hotel, well located with professional staff. Breakfast was the only let down as my wife had four attempts at ordering her breakfast and it still was not right. Apart from this - all was very good.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us. I am sorry to read that you were let down by your breakfast experience and I want to assure you that this has been passed along to our restaurant manager and chef, both of which were saddened to hear of your less than ideal experience. I am glad that overall you enjoyed your time with us and I hope we get to welcome you back in the future. Warm regards Paula Orton Front Office Manager

Fantastic hotel, best service we have ever had. We booked a family lunch there as well and had the most personalised attention and bespoke food and wine. Ive stayed in lots of 5* hotels before but with the service at this one and the beautiful decor I’d rate it 6* for sure. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous, friendly, helpful

The Reubens at The Palace was an excellent choice for me on the night in question. The staff helped me remedy several issues and went out of their way to give advice. A bit pricey but then that's to be expected for the location. All in all, a fine establishment with a lot of history behind it.

Excellent hotel would highly recommend

Pros: location, sense of luxury, friendly and helpful staff and beautiful surroundings.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Excellent for Buckingham Palace and central London.
Excellent hotel would highly recommend for its location, sense of luxury, friendly and helpful staff and beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was first class with a wide range of breakfast options, staff paid attention to detail. my husband who is a coeliac was well catered for gluten free bread, cereal and pastries available. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the mews, robes and complimentary water and tea and coffee making. Excellent welcome from the receptionist and the concierge team. Would definitely recommend and like to return next time we visit London. .

Great escape

This is a fantastic hotel that employs great people that make you feel part of the family. The ladies who run the front desk are the most helpful friendly people you could wish for.

Great hotel

Arrived at 1. First couldn't find booking but after a quick call I was all checked. The hotel has an old style Victorian feel about it. Rooms are nicely done , comfortable. We added breakfast at checkin for only £10 extra which was a steal. Breakfast was excellent. All staff were very friendly. Had room service. Food was good. Would recommend for a nice stay in london.

Stress freetrip

We chose the hotel as the location looked good for visiting London and doing a show. The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to Victoria station. The hotel staff were exceedingly helpful ( even printing out our tickets for us). The hotel had a lovely warm Christmas feel about it.
