Lovely hotel but needs a hot tub in the spa. Sometimes basic room service is very slow. I requested a bucket of ice and it took 30 minutes to arrive. I reported this to reception who gave us some complimentary champagne.

Fantastic hotel

We were lucky enough to be in a Riverview Suite and it was amazing, everything you would expect and more, with butler service and the Savoy Rolls Royce at our disposal. Afternoon tea was gorgeous, as were the cocktails in the beautiful Beaufort Bar. Overall an incredible experience.

Amazing

Love it

Kun haluaa asua ylellisesti hyvällä sijainnilla, suosittelen. Palvelu rentoa ja hyvää. Spa-ei saa kymmentä pistettä, mutta kaikki muu saa. Afternoon tee on ihana, sen voi nauttia ihanine tarjoiluineen myös alkuillasta. Arvokas ympäristö.
