We were transferred to the Royal Horseguards Hotel due to the Tower Hotel being closed. Absolutely delighted with the Royal Horseguards, beautiful hotel, well appointed rooms and just a short walk from st james park, trafalgar square and the london eye.

I definitely won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Building inside is very old. Carpets in room very dirty and old. Furniture is old. Bath very bad. Flush doesn’t work properly. When you wash face in basen water doesn’t go. I paid lot for room in this hotel but its a waste of money. Big name small show.

The location is amazing. Next to the tower bridge. The food at the hotel was fine. The system at the front desk is too slowly and there was a problem with my payment.
