I liked the bed had a comfortable sleep but I didn't like the pee stained toilet seat

Poor service from staff . Hotel looks run down- for example carpet on the stairs threadbare and worn out and faded . Lifts not working .

Hotel reception looks small, dark and tired. Room is a good size but lack warmness... Built in wardrobes can't close properly. Bathroom is reasonably clean but bath tube + shower is small and narrow. Swimming pool is under refurbishment but I wasn't advised about this at the time of booking. Children were left very disappointed. One main issue is the breakfast. We had to queue up to get into the restaurant. It wasn't like it was too busy and they couldn't get you a table for us. Personallly I think it was poorly managed and short of staffs. Tables weren't cleared quick enough to accommodate new customers. Think this needs to be addressed and taken seriously. Location is good with lots of cafe and restaurants. Having said that closest tube is a good 5 to 7 minutes walk away.

Perfectly positioned

Wonder hotel and perfectly positioned for station, hospitals, theatres and Covent Garden. Staff are very friendly, wonderful breakfast and beautiful hotel. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Not quite up to its reputation

Expedia rooms are very small overlooking unsightly buildings but adequate for 1 night stay Clean bathrooms and bathrobes, slippers a nice touch for going down to small pool/ steam room but closes very early. Worst bit about the stay was the queues for breakfast. 20 minutes down a narrow dark corridor. Although we were brought Buck's Fizz as compensation it rather eats into your day.

excellent central hotel

Pros: location, staff, excellent rooms
Cons: things promised always needed chasing up - I arranged connecting rooms over the phone, but they were not supplied.
Location: plenty - visit covent garden, take in a show, super restaurants nearby, or a stroll along the thames,
Excellent hotel. Plenty of attentive and helpful staff. Magnificent central location

Perfect location for theatre Covent garden

Hotel is perfectly located for sight seeing theatre, west end, Leicester Square. Hotel was delightful staff very helpful and friendly. Fantastic breakfast. They down side was the pool and spa. Sauna not working and the pool area floor was so slippy it was beyond dangerous.

Terrible visit

Pros: The room
Cons: Service and poor communication
Location: Eye, Covent Garden and lots of theatres to watch a show
Car damaged whilst valet parking, robes tatty, room service poor. Communication by hotel manager very poor due to not replying to his emails to his customers

Stay in London

Great location , great hotel with one draw back I found the fact I had to join a large queue for breakfast very unsatisfactory . This took over 15 mins to be allocacated a table for breakfast . Otherwise everything else was excellent
