Poor quality

Room 510 was cold, the air conditioner didn't heat it properly. Had my coat over the duvet to keep warm at night. No plug socket near the bed, all the way over at the desk and only two of them in the room. Tap water smelled dirty. Black dirt coming from the air conditioner onto the bed. Breakfast was ok but not great - buffet was quite cold. Cleanliness generally was average at best. Staff and check in very good. No WIFI unless you pay extra. Poor value overall, lots of better two star hotels in London

Pros: Aamiainen, näköalat hyv, samoin junaasema gatwickin kentääle kävelymatkan päässä
Cons: matkalaukkuteline puuttui
Location: Sijainti tosi hyvä, slltojen ylitys niin olime jo eri puolella kaupumnkia.
Olin vatsataudissa, joten kerottava on vähän.Onneksi hotelli oli lähellä kaikea, joten jaksoin kävellä.
