I stayed for 2 nights in a single room. The hotel decor was nice but it felt more like a 3 star hotel or even a private room in a good hostel. My room was small, which was okay, but it wasn’t functional- there were things which would have made better use of the space. There was no bedside table or even something to put a suitcase on, and there was no full length mirror. There were strange rust coloured stains on the inside of the bathroom door, some of them would not come off and others did but it looked terrible and I didn’t really want to touch it. Other than that the room and bathroom felt very clean. Housekeeping never cleaned my room even though I put the notice on the door handle. The rooms are also not soundproofed at all! I could hear every time my neighbours door opened, could hear the television on in their room and them talking. The first night was busy but luckily the second night was quieter but if you are a very light sleeper this hotel is not for you! Bring ear plugs if you want a decent sleep even if you don’t mind! The staff were fine, but only on site 8am-10pm and weren’t particularly attentive. The little kitchenette area with sink, kettle and microwave was nice and I liked the Rituals toiletries. The hotel was in a good location, a couple mins walk to Earls Court tube, and even closer to the Warwick street entrance to the station. Overall, it was okay, and for the price you don’t seem to be able to get much better but I don’t think I’ll stay again.

Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä ja huone pääosin toimiva. Puhtaana pito oli hämmentävän heikkoa ja huone oli likainen lattioilta eikä vierailuni (5pv) aikana käyty kuin kerran vaihtamassa ainoastaan pyyhkeet. Alueena Earl’s court viihtyisä ja turvallinen.
