Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review the Maldron Hotel Derry. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and we’re very sorry you were unhappy with some aspects of our guest rooms. Our Executive Team is reviewing your comments to ensure they are used to improve our guest's experience. In regards to the currency exchange, we operate in pounds here at the hotel therefore we must give the pound rate. The currency exchange rate would differ each day, if you were paying on the card machine we would advise you to pay in pounds, and in regards to paying cash it would be better to change your money at a bureau de change before hand. Maldron Hotel Derry offers its guests a sauna and a fitness centre. There's a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. WiFi is free in public spaces. There's an onsite business centre. Tour or ticket assistance, multilingual staff, and coffee/tea in common area are also featured at the eco-friendly Maldron Hotel Derry. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A complete renovation of Maldron Hotel Derry was completed in January 2016. This 4-star Londonderry hotel is smoke free.
