"The reception staff was terrific. When I was in the rooom, the noise from the room above was disturbing (alot of thumping on the floor) asked for a room change.. "absolutely no problem" moved to a nice comfortable clean quiet room on the 3rd floor. The dining room has a great menu and good service but every time I have eaten there in the past and this time ...the noise level is unbelievable, can't even hear the waitress. All in all a good place to stay. "
