Regarding your concerns about renovations, please note that as a historic landmark, we are subject to strict preservation guidelines that prevent us from making significant changes to the property's design and architecture. While we cannot make major alterations to the building, we do regularly maintain and update our facilities to ensure they meet the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness. While we understand that our hotel may not appeal to everyone's taste, we take your feedback seriously and will continue to explore ways to improve the overall guest experience. There are 2 restaurants on site, along with a coffee shop/cafΘ. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. A free manager's reception is offered daily. Public spaces have free WiFi. A 24-hour business centre and meeting rooms are available. A fitness centre, a library, and tour or ticket assistance are also featured at the boutique Hotel Normandie. This 3.5-star Los Angeles hotel is smoke free.
