Great Hotel. Great rooms. Great views. Happy hour was good. Staff went the extra mile and treated us fantastically. Parking expensive.

Terrible customer service

The hotel itself was ok but the customer service was about the worst ever experienced. Absolutely no ownership or resolution of any problem that we had (and we had several). Sorry to say but after experiencing this I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
