Leider keine tolle Erfahrung

Pros: Fernseher war groß, ansonsten leider nichts Positives!
Cons: Unfreundliches Personal, Auto wurde auf Parkplatz beschädigt, obwohl es direkt vor der Rezeption stand. Zimmer roch nach Chlor.
Location: Das Viertel macht keinen besonders einladenden Eindruck!

Pros: Hotelli oli siisti eikä huoneistossa ollut torakoita tai luteita jotka ovat alueella erittäin yleisiä.
Location: Hotelli sijaitsee Los Angelesin vaarallisimmalla alueella. Palomiehet kielsivät liikkumasta ilta/yö-aikaan koska kadulla on ammuttu ihmisiä.
Hotelli sijaitsee erittäin vaarallisella alueela. Hyvät bussiyhteydet lentokentälle ja Hollywoodiin. Huoneistot olivat siistejä. Yövyimme loman aikana 2 kertaa kyseisessä hotellissa. Toisella kertaa ennakko varauksestamme ei ollut mitään tietoja vaan se oli peruttu. Varauksessamme ei näkynyt ennalta luovutettuja tietoja tarpeeksi. Saimme kyllä huoneen, mutta jouduimme maksamaan 10 dollaria yöstä ylimäärästä.

Siisti motelli vaarallisella seudulla

Pros: Siisti huone, ei lutikoita/torakoita. Tilava kylppäri. Kuuma vesi. Jääkaappi. Erittäin hyvin toimiva Wi-Fi. Ilmastointi. Ikkunat sisäpihalle.
Cons: Alueen turvattomuudesta infoaminen - voisi tarjota vain autoilijoille. Siivous vähintään joka toinen päivä. Ystävällistä palvelua joka tilanteessa.
Location: Vaarallista seutua! Ei mitään lähellä. Hollywood: Walk of Fame, Hollywood-kyltti, Universal Studios (paras). Santa Monica Pier Beach + Pacific Park.
Emme oikein löytäneet perille, ja saimme kuulla meidät pysäkiltä kyytiin ottaneilta huolestuneilta palomiehiltä olevamme Los Angelesin vaarallisimmalla seudulla, jossa AMMUTAAN IHMISIÄ KADULLE. Ihmettelivät motellivalintaa, vaikka motelli ei ihan pahimmalla Vermont Avenuen pätkällä ollutkaan. Joka ilta pelkäsimme lyhyttä kävelyä lähipysäkiltä. Autolla olisi ok. PEOPLE ARE BEING SHOT AT VERMONT AVE, THE MOST DANGEROUS AREA IN L.A. Hotelli sijaitsi kaukana kaikesta, mikä on tavallista laajassa kaupungissa. Hollywoodiin+Santa Monicaan kesti julkisilla 1 h, lenttokenttä oli vähän lähempänä. Julkisilla kulkeminen vaatii luonnetta: kulkuvälineissä, pysäkeillä ja asemien lähellä haisee kamalta + kohtaa sekavasti käyttäytyviä, haukkuvia, pelottaviakin ihmisiä. Valitsimme motellin siisteysarviointien ja ötökättömyyden perusteella: siistiä oli, eikä näkynyt USA:ssa todella yleisiä torakoita tai luteita. Siivous ei silti kuulunut palveluun, vaikka yövyimme monta yötä. Pyydettäessä sai uudet pyyhkeet, paperia ym. Piharoskikseen voi heittää roskat itse. Allastason nurkassa oli jotakin vihreää - hometta? Jostakin syystä meille annettiin invahuone, mutta olipa tuo varmasti hieman tilavampi. Pesutilat olivat mukavat, mutta huone oli hieman ahtaan puoleinen. Ihmettelimme, miten rullatuolilla mahtuisi sängyn viereen. Jääkaappi oli hyvä, varsinkin kun motellissa ei ollut aamiaista. USA:ssa yleinen mikroaaltouuni huoneessa oli meille täysin tarpeeton. Ilmastointi oli ok. Wi-Fi toimi.
