Bonjour,Merci pour les points positifs évoqués concernant l'accueil, mais nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour. Concernant la télévision, il n'est jamais évoqué qu'il y a deux télévisions dans la chambre, mais nous nous excusons d'avoir pris trop de temps pour régler la télévision qu'il y avait. Pour le jacuzzi, ils sont habituellement jamais tous occupés en même temps, nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas pu en profiter. Nous espérons que vous avez tout de même pu profiter de la piscine et du reste du spa et que vous avez apprécié d'autres aspects de l'hôtel.

After a day on the slopes, enjoy a swim in the indoor swimming pool or use the hotel's other facilities, including a fitness centre and a steam room. Getting to the slopes is a breeze with this mountain hotel's ski shuttle (surcharge). At the end of the day, order après-ski drinks at the hotel's bar. Along with a restaurant and a coffee shop/cafe, there's a snack bar/deli on site. Public spaces have free WiFi.
