Thank you for staying with us and for your encouraging words, we are really committed to this and while your words hurt deeply we take it on the chin as you are a guest in our home. The shower was fine so I am not sure what happened there, unfortunately. We are very mindful that what some call neglect most call character especially this time of the year when the building moves and adjusts with the water table. I am sorry this wasn't explained to you.
