Thank you for being a guest of the Excelsior Hotel. We are glad that you shared with us the impressions of your stay at the Hotel Excelsiora. We are sorry for the elevator, we have several elevators in the hotel, but in certain parts of the day when most guests are in the hotel, one has to wait so it can be frustrating, we understand you and for that we are very sorry.
