Great location for airport, easy enough to park. Main light in room didn’t work - wasn’t able to change room or replace bulb so had to unpack, repack and dress in the dark for early flight. Had to do makeup by a bedside lamp which wasn’t ideal!

Good location in centre of town

Pros: Location. Bathroom.
Cons: TV needs to be positioned to be able to be watched lying on the bed
Location: Centre of town, so everything close by.
Good location at good price. Room was one of the executive ones which had recently been renovated so was a good standard. Bathroom was very nicely done but the room was a single and relatively small (narrow). The TV was mounted on the wall and could not angle downwards meaning you could not really watch it lying on the bed. All in all you cannot complain for the money, but one or two changes would make all the difference.

Good value

Pros: Location and reception staff.
Cons: Standard rooms could be updated and made up to the Executive room standard.
Location: Great location a couple of minutes walk from the town centre with loads of bars, restaurants, shops, etc.
I have stayed here a number of times. The reception staff are always very welcoming and the location is great in the centre of town. The standard rooms are a little tired but clean and have the facilities you would expect Book an executive room for a much better standard. These are generally not that much more expensive. Be aware though that if you get a room on the railway side, the train noise can be disturbing. You can have no complaints though really for the money as the rooms are very reasonably priced.

Great location/value

Pros: Location, staff
Cons: Some modernisation/decorating
Location: Right in the heart of Luton. Town centre with pubs, bowling, cinema, etc. a very short walk away.
Great location in the city centre. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Hotel is generally a little tired, but clean and had all facilities you would expect in the rooms. For the money I don't think you can complain :)

Hit and miss

The hotel is in an ideal location.everything is on the doorstep the shops, pubs, bus station and train station.Booking into the hotel was great the staff were really nice and friendly.great parking facility which was ideal.when entering the room it was a standard size with modern decor.the bathroom had just a shower no bath but the shower was great.there was not much light getting into the room as the windows were barred and frosted.if there was a fire we had no way out that's for sure! I was slightly concerned also about the extremely large crack that was on the celing above the bed.it looked like the celing was going to come through at any point. We went out for the evening and had issues trying to get back into the hotel.we buzzed the buzzer on numerous occasions and still no joy.we were left in the cold for sometime before eventually managing to get someone on the phone to let us in. so the overall experience was ok but the hotel really does need a touch up and the night staff need to be on point.

Perfect for our needs

Hotel was easy to find using google maps, has parking and a central location. Room was similar to a travelodge which is as much as can be expected. Only slight thing was a reception staff being a little hostile. Though we did arrive in the early hours so they probably hadn't had any sleep. Tip: if you are arriving in the early hours call them first and let them know as they expect it but isn't requested on any of the emails etc

Good Value For Money

The hotel was a stones throw away from the town centre. Reception, bar and first floor were really nice and well maintained. Second floor was a little tatty and in need of some TLC. Being so close to the train tracks you couldn't help but notice when one went past. All in all, a pleasant and comfortable stay.
