Excellent location, close to railway and bus stations, and football ground (for those interested). Staff pleasant and efficient - a couple of minor problems dealt with quickly. Breakfast better than expected from a budget hotel.

1st impressions were great and this continued until bedtime. Why in this modern day would a new hotel not fit soft close hinges to corridor doors. Massively loud banging doors all night long meant hardly any sleep, so disappointing.

Be reassured that we are looking in installing soft closing system in all bedrooms in order to improve the quality of our customer's sleep. For a quick overnighter between plane and train journeys, the hotel was great and a short walk to the (awful) train station. Clean room with comfy bed, decent if tiny bathroom and an iron and ironing board... BUT no kettle!!!! Tea and coffee available free of charge downstairs but quite frankly if I want a brew at 11pm or 5am I'm not going to trog downstairs in my jammies. It's a small detail that spoils an otherwise decent place.

It’s nice but I’ve had better check in, which is what thus email was asking me about. Then again it was 2am and I’d hate dealing with people that time of morning too
