It was a pretty clean place, very organized and staff were very helpful. I had standard room which was pretty comfortable and clean. I also had a premium room and it was better because the tv was in the bedroom and not a seperate room. But over all I would recommend this place.
Our stay at the Iberotel coincided with our 30th wedding anniversary and although we were promised "VIP treatment" we got nothing out of the ordinary - didn't even manage to score a welcome drink on arrival. The room was great and well maintained by a very conscientious and meticulous floor staff, as was the sumptuous breakfast. The pool was another great additional resource. All in all a good experience but nothing out of the ordinary for a 4 star establishment.
It was a very nice stay, the hotel is really nice, but our rooms didn't have Nile view which was really missed.
