the location is perfect with Tram 1 nearby. The area is "lifely" during the begining of the evenings but this did not give you a bad feeling, just different... We had a room on the top floor. The water will become warm but you have to wait for at least 5 min. Compared to the statement that the towels will not be renewd because of environment reasons... this is a bit of a contradition... this can easily be solved I think. Staff was great and helpful.

Pas d’eau chaude, piqûre d’insecte qui étaient dans le lit, pas de chambre à 3 comme réserve donc 1 à dû dormir seul, personnel désagréable: le réceptionniste de nuit s’est endormis, on a attendu 30 Minutes dehors en sonnant ils ne nous entendait pas!

Nous sommes désolés pour ce petit désagrément; l'eau chaude mets un certain temps pour arriver dans les étages supérieurs. Si les croissants et le pain ont manqué c'est certainement du au fait que le petit déjeuner soit à volonté et que certains hôte avaient une grande faim. Notre buffet étant bien achalandé je suis sure que vous avez trouvé votre bonheur. Toutefois lors de votre prochain séjour n'hésiter pas à faire part de vos besoins à la réception nous ferons tout notre possible pour vous trouver une solution Bonne journée à vous
