Madame/Monsieur, Je fais référence à ma réservation à l'hôtel Elysee Lyon d'une chambre triple pour la nuit du 3 au 4 août 2019. Je tiens à vous faire part de mon mécontentement au vu du non-respect des critères de réservation. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était en fait une chambre double dont une table de chevet avait été cachée dans une armoire afin de laisser un semblant d'espace dans la chambre. Dans ce semblant d'espace, un lit de camp avait été ajouté. Les appliques murales avec des angles en acier étaient carrément dangereuses. De par la disposition des trois couchages et leur promiscuité, nous risquions de les prendre dans la tête dès que nous nous levions. Par ailleurs pour accéder au lit de camp nous nous prenions le coince la télévision suspendu dans le tête, et pour dormir sur le lit de camp nous avions les rideaux dans le nez. De plus un oreiller était moisi et les autres sentait mauvais. Si nécessaire je peux vous faire parvenir des photos. Cordialement,

Très bien situé

Hotel accueillant et bon rapport qualité prix. Très bien situé dans un beau quartier Attention aux personnes allergiques car moquette et couverture en laine. Petit déjeuner très bon sauf manque de produits salés.

Très bonne adresse dans ce quartier à Lyon !

Pros: Accueil Emplacement Services
Cons: Porte de la chambre touchant la porte de la salle de bains (trou en formation +++)
> Accueil professionnel et efficace > Chambre sous les toits petite MAIS très confortable > Emplacement idéal au centre de Lyon > Très bon rapport qualité/prix
