Hôtel accueillant, personnel souriant et très à l'écoute. Transports tramway et bus a deux pas de l'hôtel Commerces à proximités (grand centre commercial) Bon petit déjeuner presse agrume pour jus de fruits frais à changer au profit d'une machine car il éclabousse. Sinon très bon séjour dans cet hôtel

Satisfaisant mais grosse structure

Chambre confortable, bien équipé et propre (rien à redire sur ce point). Petit déjeuner complet. Petit bémol : je m interroge sur le dispositif de sécurité en cas de incendie pour cette structure de cette dimension. Alarme incendie qui s est déclenchée au soir du 22/07/18 dans les étages. Le personnel présent est resté impassible à l alerte. Aucune explication ou consigne n a été fournie aux clients de la hôtel qui se sont réfugiés sur le trottoir. Je pose la question de l efficacite de la gestion de crise en cas de réel incendie dans les étages!
