Booked 3 night only stayed one

Horrible rooms, it stank of toilets and smoke in the rooms

Dommage que lorsque l'on s'appelle BRON eurexpo il n'y ait pas d'accès plus simple à Eurexpo. Dommage que l'on vous dises que pour manger il n'y a rien à moins d'un km alors qu'à 300m il y a un centre commercial, alors certes il n'est pas du groupe mais quand même. En aucun cas je recommanderai pour des gens qui souhaitent se rendre à Eurexpo!!

Bonjour, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de vos remarques. Cependant, l'accès pour la plateforme Eurexpo est géré exclusivement par la ville de Lyon. Nous sommes l'hôtel le plus proche et nous le communiquons à la réservation. Quant à la restauration, pour les arrivées après 20h30 nous ne proposons pas le centre commercial pour la simple raison que toute la restauration (snacking) est fermée. La réception.
