We checked in around four in the afternoon and when we got to the bedroom, it was still not cleaned up from the previous occupants. On the second day there was no hot water supply from the shower and the light in the bathroom was not working either. The hand basin is located outside the bathroom so we had to wash hands inside the bedroom. Other than that, food was great and staff are friendly.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with the breakfast. We offer a cold table with a selection of juices, cereals, yogurt, rolls and fruit plus a cooked breakfast can be ordered with the wait staff. Kind regards.

We had to climb steep stairs to our bedroom. We didn’t expect that. Bar meals not available after 5.30pm although menu stated 8pm. We had to go out to find something to eat.

Nice hotel, right on the promenade. Nice, clean room. Great breakfast. We have stayed her 3 times now, which has to be some sort of strong recommendation.

Inflated price for Lytham Festival weekend!!!

Hmm what can we say about this hotel. I think the room we got was an after thought!. Room 520 - felt like we were an after thought in the basement! It had a strange smell initially when we entered but wasnt there when we returned at night. The window was locked shut on a latch so couldn't open it. This window actual overlooked an alleyway so the curtains remained shut. Decor is very very dated. Possibly last decorated in the early 90's. Ensuite was situated under a staircase with a toilet and shower- the sink was in the bedroom in a vanity unit. My partner is 5ft 10ins and actually had to duck to use the toilet as he couldnt stand up straight! The shower was a cubicle which is fine BUT we couldn't figure out how to work it. The on of seemed to do the temperature and vice versa and when it did work it was a trickle at best. And the shower head came away from the pipe if you tried to move it on the pole! Dire!! Our daughter has just back packed round Europe and stayed in hostels and after showing her a video of the room/ensuite she agreed she had stayed in nicer hostels at a fraction of the price! To be honest if we had paid £50 for the night we wouldn't have left a terrible review but having paid £105 for 1 night room only we thought it was massively overpriced and basically taken advantage off because of the festival!!

A little dated in parts but room was large and need was very comfy. Great staff who are friendly and helpful. Small free car park (although you can park for free in nearby streets). Breakfast was very nice. Decent bar area and small terrace looking over the prom. I believe that some rooms have a sea view. Fine and dandy for a short weekend break.

Pros: The comfortable public lounges and the bar staff. The Tuesday night entertainment by Brian Brody was excellent.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: The hotel is close to the sea front and within walking distance of St Anne's town centre where there is a selection of pubs and eating places.
My wife and I had a very pleasant two-night stay at the Lindum Hotel. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The room and bed were clean and comfortable and the facilities were quite adequate. We would stop there again. We walked to St Anne's town centre but Lytham town centre is about 3 miles away - a short drive or bus ride, or a nice walk for the fitter among us!

Tired

This is a hotel in need of TLC. The room was very tired - stains, things not fixed properly, toilet seat falling apart, the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in for a long time.

small room

Hotel bar was very nice.. breakfast was lovely but the let down was the room. We paid extra for a superior sea view room and got room 203. It was small and dated.. nothing superior about it.
