Very unimpressed

Pros: Location, free shuttle bus to and from the Macau Ferry, Free Wifi.
Cons: Dirty
Location: Can walk to nearby casinos and Old Taipa Town
I have stayed at the hotel quite a few times and been very impressed. The beds are always comfy, the view was nice and the hotel clean. However this time I was not happy... got there and there is scaffolding all up the front of the hotel so they must be doing some refurbishment and they were working on the front doors so it wasn't a very nice experience entering the building. Then the room they put me in was on the other side of the hotel which I haven't stayed before which had a HORRIBLE view. The floor was smelly once I got out the elevator and the room was freezing cold because they put the air con on MAX. The bathroom was also dirty which black all up the walls and the tap on the sink was not secure and was moving every time I turned it on and off. Even though the bed was massive, it didn't seem to be as comfortable as I remember in the other rooms. They put me in 'executive suite' this time but I actually much preferred my stays in the normal suites before on the lower floors.

Good stay in this hotel.

I think this hotel is very good for value. Very clean and comfortable. Need more information in english for guests as not knowing what to do or how to get around and asking staff, they all speak cantonese, so a few speak english, when have the chance to speak to them as always busy. Bus service excellent, need octopus card to use buses quick and easy, like oyster card in london. Buses run very often and very quick but fill up quick to. Taxis are good but some drivers very grumpy as want well off chinese customers. Food in places outside hotel very good and reasonable prices. Had great food and drink. Clean and safe to walk about. 5 minutes walk towards center is old Taipa town. Very nice. Macau city is excellant but busy and hotel has map. easy to walk about. Great at night. Check out Wynn hotel dancing fountain every 15 mins. Great. Will go again next year. Great time.
