Hotel Artiem - Highly Recommended

Check in was smooth, efficient and friendly. The receptionist was a credit to a fine establishment which places customer care at the heart of their business model. Although, this hotel at first appears somewhat removed from the centre of the city and, as such, is a little difficult to locate using public transport, it is well worth the effort. On arrival, the hotel is spotlessly clean, smells wonderful, with well presented rooms and amenities. The provisions available to guests make this hotel an extremely welcoming choice. Although, I now know how to find my way from airport bus on a future visit, it would be most useful for the hotel to include full directions for new clientele within their details, as it is served by a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended!

Clean, bright , spacious and friendly

Location: Metro down the road and bus stop across the road. 3 cafes just down the road that serve great food and drink.
Without sounding like too over the top this has got to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I may add I have stayed in a lot of different and fancy hotels all over the world. Tha bed was big and comfortable and the ensuite was clean with a great shower. The whole hotel was simple very clean and nothing was too much trouble. I really enjoyed my stay - thank you very much. I would return to it without hesitation.

- Die „grünen“ Aktivitäten - nur das Nötige tun, freundlich und zuvorkommend: putzen weglassen, Tücher etc. eine Woche behalten - Auslagerung der Minibar: winwin, weniger food waste, und für die Kundinnen: etwas Kleines ist immer da, bvei Bedarf, danke!

We were first not sure because of the distance to the city but it was very uncomplicated and quick to go to the city by bus or metro. We were happy to be on a quiet place where we can relax after all the impressions. We had the best time in this hotel! The hotel was perfectly clean and smelled really fresh. The decor was simple and stylish. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We liked everything about the hotel. And the free snacks (cola, sandwiches, sweets, coffee,…) were amazing. Something we never had before. We can highly reccomend this hotel.

Unser Fenster ging leider in einen Innenschacht, etwas schade für die Dauer einer ganzen Woche. Ungewöhnlich der kostenlose Selfservice im Aufenthaltsraum mit angebotenen Getränken, Snacks, Sandwiches, Früchten und Kaffee und Tee. Das Morgenbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen.

Loin du centre et à 10min du metro mais k'ai adoré l ambiance de lhotel et les snackings illimité sont un vrai +.
