need of a improvement

I stayed at bedroom 322 and this bedroom is not too bad, but some things could be better like a better fridge and when it was complaining at reception desk that the fridge wasn't working good, so person only said that a person would be resolving the problem, but unfortunately no one get the to resolve the problem, also I asked to have a double bed from the first day but never was resolved this problem as well, so I slept with my wife in a small bed for 6 days. I give 3 stars for osuna hotel

Airport Hotel

Arrived at airport at midnight BUT whilst waiting for the luggage called the hotel and by the time we were out the mini bus was waiting for us. Very efficient. Nice staff. Only niggle was that the swimming pool was shut until 9 June but we would have used this anyway just for the airport transfer. Very easy to move to central Madrid the following day - midday check out meant there was no rush. Very helpful staff.

Bildings are old and worn out. The shuttle taxi does not work like before; I couldn´t use it at all. Friday night somebody was shouting all night, but the personel did not do anything to silence him. The cleaning was the only thing that did function well.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel eine wirkliche Zumutung! Türen schliessen nicht, Balkontüre im Raum 2007 defekt, Heizung ist so schlecht, dass der Raum nicht warm wird, Personal extrem unfreundlich - sorry - aber bis auf die Lage einfach eine Zumutung

Hyvä sijainti lentokenttään nähden. Hotellista ilmainen kuljetus, josta plussaa. Perjantai-iltana vähän meluisat naapurit. Alue rauhallinen ja viehättävä omakotitaloalue.
