Perfect location, however ruined by the rude staff

The location couldn't be better. The twin room we were provided had no view, and faced a building wall so the room was dark. The worst part was that the room felt very dusty and kept heating up naturally, which was unbearable to sleep in. We were there for 2 nights, so this ruined the experience. When the staff were informed that the air condition didnt work, the lady pretended she didn't understand english, just to get rid of us. Wouldn't go back because of this. Luckily we only came back to sleep, and stayed out most of the day. Warning! The hotel takes your key each time you leave, and this can be annoying waiting to collect it again, if you are coming back and forth often.

Location is perfect, central Gran Via

Pros: Good value for so central
Cons: Better beds and furniture
Location: Central to everything

Good location

I think it's a good place to stay. Its middle of Madrid and close to everywhere. It's a fair price with helpful staff. Also many restaurants, pubs, shopping area around it.

Die Unterkunft war gleich an der Gran Via, perfekt für alle täglichen Starts. Trotz der Nähe war es im Zimmer ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte einen hervorragenden kleinen Balkon mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Die Matratze war ein wenig durch und meiner Meinung nach Zeit für eine Neue. An der Wand blätterte bereits teilweise der Verputz runter. Wir können die Unterkunft aber nur Empfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Es ist super gelegen... Sehr zentral.... Alles ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Zimmer hatte die Aussicht zum Innenhof dh. Keine Aussicht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.... Das Bett gut. Das Personal angepasst freundlich. Für diese Lage und Preisklasse vollkommen in Ordnung..... Danke
