This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Not only was it exceptionally clean and well maintained but the service was superb as was the location. We could walk into the city centre in 15 minutes or take the metro which was 150 metres away. Nothing was too much trouble and if we ever return to Madrid we shall definitely stay there again.

Good hotel with added extra feature

Pros: It has to be the roof top terrace with mini pool. The weather was very hot during our stay and the roof top was a lovely oasis of calm for us to chill
Cons: Water cooler on rooftop would be useful and had to pull beds apart as we were in twin and were a little close to each other.
Location: Sunday market around the corner. Recommend La Paloma fish bar just up from hotel and you can walk from hotel to everywhere.
Travelled from airport by public transport easily thanks to good advice from tourist information. Hotel just by metro stop. The water cooler in hallway was great and we used then walked from hotel to all sights and came back late afternoon to relax on roof. Only used hotel bar once first night and it was closed when we tried again but think it was after 12. We were only b&b but breakfast was varied enough to set us up for day. We did book evening tapas tour and enjoyed experience of mixing with other people and swapping places and recommendations to see and do. We were there over a weekend and had to wait to eat as places so full but calmed down when everyone went back to work. The good thing was that we were able to go to the Sunday market and just wander. Overall Madrid is a bustling lively city but still offers tranquillity should you need it.

Sehr sympathisches Mittelklasshotel mit allem was man für einen Städtetripp braucht. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, gut gelegen. Einzig das dreckige Poolwasser hat mich gestört. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Erittäin hyvä ja runsas aamiainen. Huoneet siistit ja terassi tilava. Ainoa miinus oli se, että uima-allas oli jo suljettu lokakuun alussa talvikaudeksi. Sijainti keskeinen, tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin pääsi kävellen. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta.

Es ist für mich immer wichtig, eine gute Parkmöglickeit zu haben. Hier ist eine grosse Einszellhalle und erst noch im Zentrum der Altstadt. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Stadt kann auch gut mit dem Auto befahren werden, überall sind Einfahrten zu Parking. Ich kann das Hotel nur Empfehlen, denn Preis und Leistung stimmen. Personal, für spanische Verhältnisse, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
