Friendly helpful staff . Good buffet breakfast with cooked to order option if required. Hotel location ideal with direct bus to airport only 5 minutes from the hotel.

Fantastic long weekend

The location is one of the best in Madrid, in the same square as several other well known hotels as the Ritz. The best Madrid museums are on the door step, the Thyssen, the Prado. 'Barrio Salamanca' where all up market shops are is five minutes by taxi. Atocha train station is five minutes walking, the airport less than 30 minutes by taxi, taxis and bus stops also on the door. Breakfast is very good. There is also a bar which serves delicious food and tapas with a very pleasant terrace. All the staff are very efficient and very nice, any little problem is solved without delay and with a positive attitude. Best rooms are superior rooms facing the Neptuno statue. They have good walk in showers, coffee makers, mini bar, good wardrobe espace, bath robes & slippers...I didn't miss anything, the rooms have a thick good quality carpet but the rooms are spotless. Considering the price of the rooms, this hotel is very good value. I highly recommend it.

City Break

Several things disappointed me on my visit to this hotel! I paid for a room with a fountain view, what a joke, we could see nothing from the bedroom window, the view was completely blocked by a tree. The room was small dark and the carpet was wet! We requested a change of room which we got, even though we had no view I was still charged the higher rate for fountain view. Air Conditioning did not work properly We met a few large creepy crawlies during our visit

Perfect for business and leisure trip

Location is perfect of the hotel, very close to Prado and the city center. Taxi stand close. Staff is very helpful and professional. Room is nicely decorated and has all want you need. Quiet. Good room service. Comfortable beds.... nothing negative to say!

Die Lage ist perfekt und sehr zu empfehlen wenn kein Auto dabei. Gute Anbindung an Metro und kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof wie auch sehr nahe an Zentrum.
