The staff were all excellent and extremely hospitable. As soon as we arrived in they were expecting us and made every attempt to ensure we were happy. Every day they saw us they were always smiling and saying hello. Hotel in prime location and at the centre of everything. Hotel clean, cosy, lovely and quiet, no noise or the hustle and bustle of loud traffic. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to friends and family. The staff made our time in Madrid an extremely enjoyable experience. Customer service was spot on. Many thanks Priscilla room 503

Nice hotel, modern referb

Hotel was well located, close to a metro. Room was spacious and appeared recently refurbed with modern simple design and a nice bathroom. Bed was large and comfortable. Would stay there again.
