We loved this hotel beautiful double aspect room extremely clean perfect down to the very last detail. Staff very friendly & efficient & all efforts made to ensure safety of guests & staff regarding COVID protocols This hotel is on a busy road so some noise from traffic to be expected would highly recommend this hotel & will be back

Die Angestellten sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel selber hat eine perfekte Lage im Zentrum, vieles ist zu Fuss erreichbar und die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer! Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vielseitig und lecker. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, praktisch eingerichtet und die Bett sehr bequem. Alles in allem, wissen wir wo wir das nächste Mal in Madrid absteigen. 😁

Zentrale Lage, moderne Zimmer. Kleines aber feines Hotel. Die Musik von der Rooftopbar war gut zu hören in den Zimmer welche gegen Innen lagen - bessere Fenster würden helfen, auch gegen die kälteren Temperaturen.

Dass Du dein Zimmer als laut wahrgenommen hast, tut uns sehr leid. Unsere Zimmer sind mit schallisolierenden Fenstern ausgestattet. Bitte wende dich in solchen Fällen direkt an unser Rezeptionsteam, damit wir sofort eine zufriedenstellende Lösung finden können, wie zum Beispiel einen Zimmerwechsel in einen ruhigeren Bereich des Hotels.
