No flexibility to re arrange, postpone or even discount to rebook for next year, very poor service given the current situation. Would not recommend booking with this hotel in the current climate.

Lovely family hotel

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at the sol cala dor apartments. We have stayed at this hotel twice before and have always been pleased with the hotel and especially love the location. My 4 year old daughter has coeliacs discease and requires a gluten free diet. I e mailed the hotel prior to our visit and they were more than happy to cater for her. We stated on a bed and breakfast basis and every morning they brought her a selection of gluten free bread and cakes. There was also a childrens club run by oscar who was always doing activities with the children. Every morning at 10.30 they had a craft activity and then through the day they played games in the pool. He worked very hard thoughout the day to keep the children entertained. There were always plenty of sunbeds by the pool and there was no charge for the beds. There is not really any entertainment in the hotel in the evening but there are lots of bars and restaurants near by which offer live entertainment . The only negative thing I would say is that a lot of the staff this year were new and a couple if them need to learn how to smile!!

Excellent all round

On arrival we were advised that we had to spend the first night in a neighbouring hotel.it was a 5star so couldn't complain too much but a little aggrieved by the disruption. The following 13 days at this hotel were excellent. There were problems with the fan and we were visited by people attempting to fix fan on three occasions. Despite this we would recommend the hotel and would certainly go back if we were to return to cala d'or.

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit Familie

Da wir in der Nähe zu einer Hochzeit eingeladen waren, haben wir das mit einem Kurzurlaub verbunden. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, nur der Strand ist etwas entlegen und sehr klein. Das Hotel ist nett und sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich.

beau séjour en couple

Bien situé dans la station, à proximité des boutiques, restaurants et plage cala grand. Hôtel agréable, propre et bien entretenu. Personnel souriant et disponible. Pour les couches tôt, attention animation musicale autour de l'hôtel jusqu'à minuit.

Hyvä hinta/ laatu

Siisti yksinkertainen hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Huoneissa hyvä keittiövarustus ja jääkaappi. Mukava sijainti lähellä keskustaa ja rantaa. Huoneet pelkistetyt - ei mikään luksushotelli. Läheisen karaoke-baarin musiikki kuului alkuillasta häiritsevästi. Kuitenkin hintaan nähden kelpo paikka.

Gutes und ruhiges Hotel im Süden von Mallorca

War alles in Ordnung. Da das Wetter nicht gut genug für diese Jahreszeit war, konnten wir den Strand nicht wirklich testen (lag aber daher nicht am Hotel).

empfehlenswertes Hotel

Angenehmes, sauberes Hotel. Auch gut für Familien geeignet. Strand in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich, jeden 2. Tag frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche.
